Huion/绘王

Their main flagship brand. This is where all the latest and greatest devices come around.

Lately, their Gen 3 lineup (tablets with PenTech 4.0) are the GOAT.

Gaomon/高漫

Their budget brand catering mainly to the domestic market.

The only tablet I recommend from Gaomon is the S620. Its only use is for osu!

Artisul

I don't think Artisul is an active company anymore.
