Buying from China

Why do it?

Simple. It's because of the price. Generally, tablet prices in China are a lot cheaper than in the global market, especially tablets from the big 2 companies there, Huion (Huion, Gaomon) and Hanvon Ugee (Ugee, XPPen, Xencelabs). Here's a comparison of price for Chinese vs global models of Huion displays.

As you can see, when converted to USD, the same tablet sold in China is a lot cheaper. The Kamvas Pro 19 is $607 and the Kamvas Pro 27 is $1198. (conversions and prices as of 21/11/2024)

Realistically, the only reason to ever buy from China is because of the price. There are no other benefits to buying from China, which leads me to say:

Do it at your own risk!

You won't get any warranty or any consumer protection.

Also, payment, language barriers, and shipping costs will likely make buying a tablet from China not worthwhile.

However, if you have experience using Chinese shopping sites, or are going to China, then go for it!
