TLDR

Best tablet you can buy if money no object. Just don't use it with Wacom's driver. Please use OpenTabletDriver.

Getting the Tablet

It's an expensive tablet, and absolutely not worth the price unless you are willing to sacrifice your bank account to Wacom. Thankfully, I bought one second hand. I bidded farewell to a lofty sum of $80.

Pen

Wacom's Pro Pen 2 is pretty much the best tablet pen ever made. Pressure range is great, and IAF is great too.

Testing

As per usual with all other Wacom digitisers from their professional lineup, it's pretty much the best you can get. There's a bit of anti-chatter but that's pretty much all input processing the tablet does.

The surface is quite grippy, but gets smooth quite quickly, at least for me. Yes, it will eat your nibs up, but just buy the nibs bulk from Aliexpress.

Just make sure not to use Wacom's driver with this tablet. Use OpenTabletDriver if you don't want the tablet to feel like crap. It's like Wacom wants to purposely make their tablets worse...

The unholy mousepad.
